Ingredients

ส่วนประกอบ

ปลาทูทอดแล้ว แกะเอาแต่เนื้อ บิให้เป็นชิ้นไม่เล็กมาก 2 ถ้วย
หอมแดงซอย ½ ถ้วย
ตะไคร้ซอยละเอียด ½ ถ้วย
ผักชีใบเลื่อยซอยละเอียด ¼ ถ้วย
ใบมะกรูดซอยละเอียด ¼ ถ้วย

เครื่องปรุง

พริกขี้หนูซอยละเอียด 2-3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำมะนาว 2-3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำปลา 1-2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำตาลทราย ¼- ½ ช้อนชา

2 c. deep fry steamed Platoo (Thai mackerel), deboned and cut into chunks
½ c. thinly sliced shallots
¼ c. thinly sliced lemon grass
¼ c. thinly sliced spiny coriander leaves
¼ c. chiffonaded kaffir lime leaves

Seasonings

2-3 tbs. thinly sliced bird eyes chilies
2-3 tbs. lime juice
1-2 tbs. fish sauce
¼ - ½ tsp. sugar

วิธีทำ

1. ผสมน้ำตาลทราย น้ำปลา น้ำมะนาว พริกขี้หนูซอยเข้าด้วยกัน คนให้น้ำตาลละลายหมด
