ผงฟู 10 กรัม
นมผง 20 กรัม
ไข่ไก่(เบอร์ 1) 4 ฟอง
น้ำตาลทราย 200 กรัม
น้ำอุ่น 100 กรัม
กาแฟสำเร็จรูป 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
นมข้นจืด 100 กรัม
เกลือ 1 ช้อนชา
กลิ่นเนย นม 1/2 ช้อนชา
กลิ่นกาแฟ 1/2 ช้อนชา
กลิ่นวนิลลา 1/2 ช้อนชา
S.P. 15 กรัม
เนยสดชนิดเค็มละลาย 150 กรัม

270 g all purposes flour for cake
10 g double acting baking powder
20 g powdered milk
4 eggs
200 g sugar
100 g lukewarm water
2 tbs. instant coffee
100 g evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
½ tbs. milk & butter essence
½ tbs. coffee essence
½ tbs. vanilla essence
150 g melted butter

1. นำกาแฟสำเร็จรูปละลายกับน้ำอุ่นทิ้งไว้จนเย็นสนิท

Mix instant coffee and lukewarm water and leave until cool.

2. ร่อนแป้งเค้ก ผงฟู นมผง ให้เข้ากันพักไว้

Shift all purposes flour for cake , double acting baking powder and powdered milk and set aside.

3. ผสมไข่ไก่ + น้ำตาลทราย + นมข้นจืด + น้ำกาแฟ+ เกลือป่น + กลิ่นนมเนย + กลิ่นวนิลลา + กลิ่นกาแฟ ลงในอ่างผสมปาด SP ที่หัวตีตระกร้อ ตีด้วยความเร็วต่ำ 1 นาที

In the mixing bowl, add eggs, sugar, evaporated milk, pendant water, salt, milk and butter essence, pendant essence, green coloring and SP and mix with the lowest speed for 1 minute.

3. แล้วเติมแป้งที่พักไว้ ตีด้วยความเร็วสูงสุด อีก 5 นาที แล้วตีต่อด้วยความเร็วต่ำสุดอีก 2 นาทีจนส่วนผสมที่ได้จะขึ้นฟูขาว หยุดเครื่องคนส่วนผสม เอาอ่างผสมออกมา แล้วเติมเนยสดละลาย และค่อยๆคนให้เข้ากัน เทลงพิมพ์ประมาณ 3/4 ของพิมพ์ เข้าอบ 180 องศาเซลเซียส ประมาณ 30 นาที

Add flour; mix with the highest speed for 5 minutes and the lowest speed for another 2 minutes. Stop the mixing and take out the mixing bowl. Gently add melted butter and gently fold until the mixture are smooth. Add to the moles and put in the 180 C preheated oven for 30 minutes.
