ส่วนประกอบ

อกไก่หั่นชิ้นบางๆ 200 กรัม
แครอทฝานบาง 50 กรัม
หอมใหญ่หั่นเสี้ยว 50 กรัม
ข้าวโพดอ่อนหั่นเฉียง 50 กรัม
เห็ดหูหนู 50 กรัม
มะเขือเทศหั่นเสี้ยว 50 กรัม
ผักกาดขาว 150 กรัม
คึ่นฉ่าย 50 กรัม
วุ้นเส้นแช่น้ำแล้วตัดเป็นท่อนๆ 100 กรัม
ไข่ไก่ 2 ฟอง

เครื่องปรุง

น้ำตาล 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำปลา 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำมันหอย 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ

Ingredients

200 g sliced chicken breast fillet
50 g thinly sliced carrot
50 g thinly wedged onion
50 g sliced young corn
50 g cut wood ear mushroom
50 g thinly wedged tomato
150 g cut Wom bok
50 g Chinese celery cut in 1 inch size
100 g soaked and cut into 1 inch size vermicelli
2 eggs

Seasonings

2 tbs. sugar
2 tbs. fish sauce
2 tbs. oyster sauce

วิธีทำ

1. ตั้งกระทะให้ร้อน ใส่น้ำมันนิดหน่อย ใส่ไก่ลงผัดให้สุก ใส่แครอทและหอมใหญ่ลงผัด

Preheat and lightly grease the wok. Add chicken to stir fry until cook then, add carrot and onion.

2. ใส่ข้าวโพดอ่อน เห็ดหูหนู และมะเขือเทศ

Follow by young corn, wood ear mushroom and tomato.

3. ใส่วุ้นเส้น ปรุงรสด้วยน้ำตาล น้ำปลา และ น้ำมันหอย ผัดให้เข้ากันกับวุ้นเส้น

Add vermicelli, season with sugar, fish sauce and oyster sauce and mix well.

4. ตอกไข่ใส่ลงไปตีพอเข้ากัน กลับวุ้นเส้นลงมากลบเอาไว้ ใส่ผักกาดขาว คึ่นฉ่าย ผัดให้เข้ากัน ปิดไฟได้

Crack eggs into the wok and lightly beat. Scoop the mixture of vermicelli to cover the eggs. Add Wom bok and Chinese celery and mix well before turning off the heat.
