1. ผัดแครอทสับ และ หอมใหญ่สับ ให้สุกหอม ใส่มะเขือเทศกระป๋องลงไป หรี่ไฟลงให้อ่อนที่สุด เคี่ยวต่ออีก 45 นาที ปรุงรสด้วยพริกแห้งสับเล็กน้อย พริกไทย เกลือ Stir fry finely chopped carrot, onions and celery until fragrant. Add canned tomatoes. Simmer for 45 minutes. Season with chopped dried chili, salt and pepper.   
  
2. ตักซอสที่เคี่ยวไว้แล้วเล็กน้อยใส่กระทะ น้ำเส้นสปาเกตตี้ที่ต้มสุกแล้วลงผัดพร้อม กุ้งปอกเปลือกไว้หางลวก, ปลาหมึกลองเปลือกออกหั่นเป็นวงลวก และ หอยแมงภู่แกะเปลือกลวก ใส่โหระพาเล็กน้อย ตักเสิร์ฟได้
Add the simmered sauce in the sauce pan. Add blanced shrimps, sqiuds, muscels and cooked spaghetti. Add basil. Ready to serve.
