Ingredients

ส่วนประกอบ

หมูสับ 150 กรัม
หอมใหญ่หั่นเสี้ยวบางๆ 150 กรัม
มะเขือเทศหั่นชิ้นเล็ก 100 กรัม
แป้งมันผสมแป้งท้าวยายม่อม ละลายน้ำข้น 2-3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
เส้นหมี่แช่น้ำจนนิ่ม 300 กรัม สะเด็ดน้ำให้แห้ง
กระเทียมสับ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ไชโป๊วสับ ½ ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำเปล่า 1 ถ้วย

เครื่องปรุง

น้ำตาล ½ ช้อนชา
น้ำปลา 1 ½ ช้อนชา
ซอสปรุงรส ½ ช้อนชา
ซีอิ๊วดำ 2 ช้อนชา

Ingredients

150 g minced pork
150 g thinly wedged onion
100 g thinly wedged tomato
2-3 tbs. cornstarch, mix with some water
300 g soaked and drained rice noodle vermicelli
1 tbs. minced garlic
½ tbs. minced dried preserved Chinese radish
1 c. water

Seasoning

½ tsp. sugar
1 ½ tsp. fish sauce
½ tsp. seasoning sauce
2 tsp. dark soy sauce

วิธีทำ

1. ตั้งกระทะให้ร้อนจัด ใส่น้ำมันลงไปเล็กน้อย พอน้ำมันร้อนดีใส่เส้นลงผัด ใส่ซีอิ๊วดำลงไป ผัดให้เข้ากันดี พักไว้

Preheat and lighly grease the wok with vetgetable oil, add rice noodle vermicelli dark soy sauce to stir fry together and stir well. Set aside.

2. ในกระทะใบเดิม ใส่น้ำมันลงไปอีกเล็กน้อย ใส่กระเทียมสับลงผัดจนหอม ใส่หมูสับ ใช้หลังตะหลิวบี้จนหมูสับเป็นชิ้นเล็กๆ ใส่ไชโป๊วสับ ผัดจนหมูสุก

In the same wok, add more oil to the wok and add minced garlic to stir fry over medium heat until aroma. Turn the heat up, add minced pork to stir well and use the back of the spatula to press up against minced pork to make smaller pieces. Add dried finely chopped preserved Chinese radish to stir fry together until mixed well.

3. ใส่หอมใหญ่ ผัดจนหอมใหญ่สุก ใส ตามด้วยมะเขือเทศ ปรุงรสด้วยน้ำปลา น้ำตาล ซอสปรุงรส ผัดให้เข้ากัน

Add thinly wedged onion and stir until onion is translucent. Then, add thinly wedged tomatoes, season with sugar, fish sauce and seasoning sauce and stir well.
