Ingredients

แป้งสาลีอเนกประสงค์ 300 กรัม
เกลือปรุงทิพย์ 1/4 ช้อนชา
ผงฟู 2 ช้อนชา
ผงอบเชยป่น 2 ช้อนชา
ไข่ 2 ฟอง
น้ำตาลทรายไม่ฟอก 150 กรัม
น้ำตาลทรายแดง 50 กรัม
น้ำมันมะกอก 1/3 ถ้วย
นมข้นจืด 100 กรัม
นมสด 100 กรัม
แครอทขูดฝอย 2 ถ้วย
ลูกเกดสับ 150 กรัม
กลิ่นวนิลลา 1 ช้อนชา
อัลมอนด์สไลด์สำหรับแต่งหน้า

Ingredients

¼ tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbs. cinamom powder
2 eggs
150 g unbleached sugar
50 g brown sugar
1/3 c. olive oil
100 g evaporated milk
100 g fresh milk
2 c. greated carrot
150 g chopped raisins
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Sliced almond for decoration

1.ผสมของแห้ง แป้งสาลีอเนกประสงค์ ผงฟู เกลือ ผงอบเชย เข้าด้วยกัน ร่อน 1 ครั้ง พักไว้

Mix cake flour, salt and baking soda, and cinamom powder, sift and set aside.

2. ผสมน้ำตาลทรายไม่ฟอก น้ำตาลทรายแดงเข้ากับส่วนผสมของแป้งที่ร่อนแล้ว คนให้ส่วนผสมเข้ากัน

Combline unbleached sugar and brown sugar into the mixture of sifted flour and stir well.

3.ผสมของเปียก นมข้นจืด นมสด น้ำมันมะกอก ไข่ น้ำตาล กลิ่นวนิลลา เข้าด้วยกัน

In a different mixing bowl, mix evaporated milk, fresh milk, olive oil, steamed pumkin, vanilla extract and eggs and stir well.

4. ผสมแครอทขูด ลูกเกด ลงไปในส่วนผสมของไข่ คนพอเข้ากัน

Combine grated carrot and raisin in the egg mixture and stir.

5.เทส่วนผสมเหลวลงในส่วนผสมของของแห้งใช้ตะกร้อมือคนให้ส่วนผสมพอเข้ากัน ตักใส่กระทง โรยหน้าด้วยอัลมอนด์สไลด์เยอะๆอบไฟ 200 C 30 นาที

Beat it well and add to the dry ingredients and mix well. Fill to ¾ of the mold, sprinkle with sliced almond and put in the 200 C oven for 30 minutes.
