1. ตอกไข่ใส่ถ้วย ใส่นม พามิซานชีสขูดฝอย ปรุงรสแล้วตีให้พอเข้ากัน
Crack eggs into the bowl, add milk, freshly grated parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
2. ใส่น้ำมันลงในกระทะเล็กน้อย ใส่ไข่ลงไปตั้งแต่กระทะยังไม่ร้อนจัด ใช้ตะหลิวคนไข่ไปเรื่อยๆจนไข่เกือบสุกดี
Add little bit of oil to the pan, add eggs to the pan and continue to scramble until cooked.
3. ตักเสิร์ฟพร้อมกับ ซาวครีม ขนมปังปิ้ง และ กาแฟ หรือ โอวัลติน
Serve with sour cream, toasts and coffee.
