แป้งเค้ก 300 กรัม
ผงฟู 2 ช้อนชา
เกลือ ½ ช้อนชา
ผงโกโก้ 1 ½ ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำตาล 200 กรัม
นมสด 100 กรัม
นมข้นจืด 100 กรัม
ไข่ไก่เบอร์ 1 2 ฟอง
น้ำมัน 1/3 ถ้วย
กลิ่นเนยนม 1 ช้อนชา
ชอคโกแลตทอบเบิลโรน หั่นเป็นชิ้นๆ 7 ชิ้น
ชอคโกลแลตชิพ 200 กรัม

2 tbs. baking power
½ tbs. salt
1 ½ tbs. cocoa power
200 g sugar
100 g fresh milk
100 g evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 tbs. butter&milk essence
7 cut Tobleron
200 g chocolate chips

1. ร่อนแป้งเค้ก ผงฟู เกลือ ผงโกโก้ เข้าด้วยกัน พักไว้

Mix cake flour, baking powder and cocoa power, sift once and set aside.

2. ผสม นมสด นมข้มจืด ไข่ กลิ่นเนยนม และ น้ำมันเข้าด้วยกัน ตีพอเข้ากัน

Mix fresh milk, evaporated milk, eggs, butter & milk essence and oil together and lightly beat.

3. ผสมน้ำตาลทราย เข้ากับแป้งที่ร่อนแล้ว ใช้ตะกร้อมือคนให้เข้ากัน เทส่วนผสมของนม ไข่ และน้ำมันที่ตีพอเข้ากันแล้วลงไป ในส่วนผสมของแป้ง คนแค่พอเข้ากัน

Add sugar in the sifted flour and mix well using a whisk. Add the mixture of milk and eggs to the mixture of flour and sugar and mix well.

4. ตักใส่ถ้วย ประมาณ ¾ ของถ้วย ใส่ชอคโกแลตทอเบิลโรน โรยหน้าด้วยชอคโลแลตชิพ นำเข้าเอาในเตาอุณหภูมิ 170 องศาประมาณ 30-45 นาที

Fill the cup to ¾, add cut Tobleron and chocolate chip and bake in preheated 170 C oven for 30-45 minute.
