Onion rings (washed) 80 grams
White wine 50 milliliters

วิธีทำ สแกนดิเนเวียนแฮริ่งโทสต์

นำขนมปังที่ทาเนยไว้แล้ววางบนจาน จากนั้นเหยาะด้วยไวน์ขาวบนขนมปัง
วางหัวหอมใหญ่ที่หั่นเป็นแว่นบนขนมปัง ตามด้วยปลาแฮร์ริ่ง
ส่วนชั้นบนสุดประกบด้วย อีดัมชีส ที่สไลซ์แล้ว จากนั้นโรยผงปาปริก้า เพื่อเพิ่มสีสันและรสชาติ
นำไปอบในเตาอบจนกระทั่งชีสละลาย พร้อมเสิร์ฟ (หรือจะเข้าอบในไมโครเวฟก็ได้)

Direction :

Slightly butter the bread and then place on the dish, then sprinkle with the white wine.
Top with the onion rings, place the herring pieces on top.
Top with the Edam Cheese Slices and sprinkle with paprika powder.
Place in an oven-proved dish and bake in the oven until the cheese has melted, You can also use the microwave oven, however the bread tends to get soggy in there.
