ส่วนผสม

ปลาทั้งตัวทำความสะอาด ขอดเกล็ด เอาไส้ออก
พริกขี้หนูสวนสีแดง 10-15 เม็ด
พริกชี้ฟ้าเขียวแดง 5-6 เม็ด
กระเทียม 9-10 กลีบ

เครื่องปรุง

น้ำตาลปี๊บ 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำปลา 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ

10-15 Red chilies
5-6 Goat pepper, green and red
9-10 Garlic cloves

2 Tbp. Palm sugar
2 Tbp. Fish sauce

วิธีทำ

1. ทอดปลาทั้งตัวในน้ำมันท่วมจนสุกเหลืองทั้งสองด้าน ปั่นกระเทียม พริกขี้หนู พริกชี้ฟ้าจนละเอียดดี

Deep fry whole fish in hot plenty of oil until golden on both side. Blend garlics, chilies and goat peppers in the food processor until thoroughly.

2. นำพริกกับกระเทียมที่ปั่นเอาไว้ลงผัดในน้ำมันบนไฟอ่อนๆ จนหอมดี

Stir fry the mixture of garlic and chili in oil over medium heat until fragrant.

3. ปรุงรสด้วยน้ำตาลปี๊บ น้ำปลา เคี่ยวจนส่วนผสมเหนียวดี

Season with palm sugar and fish sauce and simmer it until thicker.
