Ingredients

Meringue

Egg whites 4
Salt
220g caster sugar
10ml white vinegar
5ml Vanila
10 corn flour

Ganish

200ml Cream
25g icing
100g fresh fruit
2 Passion fruit

Meringue shall

- Beat the egg whites untill stiff

- Add Sugar slowlly and gradually then vinegar, and vanillar untill soft peak

- then sift corn flour and fold very gentlely put into piping bag

-make the shell on the baking peper ,bake in 130 C^o about 1.5 - 2 hours

Garnish.

- Whip the cream and add icing

- with the fruits , you can using whatever you like such as pineapple,stawberry,mango ....eg Chopped into small diced and mix up with passion fruit pulp adjust by sugar and salt.

- During you baking meringue shell do not open the oven, otherwise they will be broken.

- Chantity cream ... very easy to whipped to peak by, before you whipping put you bowl and cream in the frezzer for couple minutes, that 's make you cream rise up very easy.
